Susan Feil began her real estate career in Albuquerque in 1981, and specialized in people in transition in the greater metropolitan Albuquerque area, Placitas and Corrales. In 1998, she expanded her real estate practice to Santa Fe, Las Campanas, and northern New Mexico and represents purchasers and sellers throughout the state. Recognized internationally for much of her success coming from her genuine concern for clients and being able to listening to their needs, she has been a speaker in Seattle, New York, St. Croix, New Zealand and Australia. Susan has achieved many awards and coveted designations such as Certified Residential Broker, Certified Residential Specialist, Certified International Property Specialist and is currently completing her certification as an authority in commercial real estate. In addition, she is a member of the newly formed National Association of Realtors devoted to the special needs of resort areas and the owners of second homes. Susan recently became one of three agents certified in the United States as a specialist in second home, and resort properties.
